· We have adopted a warm water circulation scraper mechanism which can eliminate contamination on the belt due to the spread of chocolate after coating, and it also helps eliminate stains on the product.
· The entire part is made using stainless steel, which improves sanitation.
· The conveyor part is attached separately, so it can be removed. This machine allows for a reduced burden from cleaning.
· We have increased the amount of chocolate collected by 30% (compared to our old model).
